We booked a ticket with CamboTicket from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh that we didn’t use because we changed our plans. We asked for a refund and we promptly received a voucher with the correspondent amount. In the following days backpacking Cambodia we used our voucher for different trips contacting one of CamboTicket agents, Sila.

Sila helped us to use the voucher, booking for us the best buses. Having his phone number we could contact him at any moment and during all our month in Cambodia he gave us a lot of informations and the best bus prices and alternatives. On our trip from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh we couldn’t pay the bus with credit card, nevertheless he booked for us the ticket trusting us to give him the money once in Phnom Penh. And so we did, at 6 o’clock in the morning! He collected the money where we asked him to come.
Honestly we never experienced a customer service so good and efficient in all our lives.
We really want to say thanks to you Sila for your service, you made us feel like your best friends.

An Ecclectic Country
After spending a month in Cambodia we find very hard to choose which place was our favourite as all the places had different things to offer. From the busy streets of Phnom Penh to the chilling atmosphere in Kampot, partying backpackers in Koh Rong, crazy bamboo train rides in Battambang, absolutely beautiful and amazing Wats in Siem Reap and of course the magical encounter with the protected elephants in Sen Monorom.
Ohh did I mention that we now know how to cook Lok Lak and Amok Fish? ?
Thank you Cambodia and the beautiful people of Cambodia for welcoming us with warm hearts.
